Senior Tax Advisor (Fully remote)

Role overview:

As a Senior Tax Advisor you’ll be managing a book of business advising clients on tax strategies, doing tax planning, and preparing corporate + personal tax returns.

Qualifications:

  • EA/CPA with 4+ years experience with corporate & personal tax preparation (MM LLC, S Corp, C Corp)

  • Great communicator, comfortable collaborating over Zoom/Email with clients and our team

  • You’re an independent thinker, a go-getter, and can manage to tight deadlines

  • Experience with Ultratax, Quickbooks

  • Most clients are based in the NYC area, so expertise at the state/local level is big plus

  • Bookkeeping experience is a big plus

  • Tax planning experience is a big plus

Responsibilities:

  • Managing client relationships year-round

  • Preparing corporate + personal tax returns in UltraTax at the federal/state/local level

  • Helping clients manage estimated taxes

  • Year-end tax planning
